1. What we collect
To provide the leasing service we collect the details you give us: your phone number, name, nationality and email when you register; identity and financial documents when you apply; and records of your viewings, applications and payments.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to arrange viewings, verify your identity at the building entrance, assess your tenancy application, prepare your tenancy contract and register it with the relevant authorities (such as Ejari), and to keep you informed about your application.
3. Who sees it
Your details are shared only with the property owner or manager you are applying to, and with the verification, payment and government services needed to complete your tenancy (identity verification, payment processing, e-signature and Ejari registration). We do not sell your information.
4. Security and retention
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and held on the leasing platform. Documents and records are retained for as long as required to manage your tenancy and to meet legal obligations, then deleted.
5. Your choices
You may ask to review or correct your details, or to withdraw an application, at any time through the leasing team. Withdrawing may end an application in progress.
